1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you", or "your") and EU9SG (hereinafter referred to as "EU9SG", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the eu9sg online gaming platform, accessible at eu9sg.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, applications, or subdomains.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making any deposit, or otherwise accessing or using the eu9sg platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between you and EU9SG in relation to the subject matter hereof.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered by the Player on the eu9sg platform.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held within a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by EU9SG under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, fishing games, crash games, and any other gaming content available on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by EU9SG to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the native currency of the eu9sg platform.
• "Platform" means the eu9sg website, mobile site, and all associated digital services operated by EU9SG.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with EU9SG, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. EU9SG enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds within it forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person and not as an agent, representative, or proxy of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located within, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is illegal, restricted, or requires a local licence that EU9SG does not hold.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of EU9SG or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or payment partners.
• You have not been self-excluded from the EU9SG platform or any other gambling platform with which EU9SG shares a self-exclusion database.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process truthfully and accurately, providing your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and a chosen password. EU9SG reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing reasons.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the eu9sg platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, IP address, device, or payment method, constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, EU9SG reserves the right to close all accounts, void all wagers and winnings, and retain all balances therein.

4.3 KYC Requirements

EU9SG operates a risk-based KYC programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank card, e-wallet screenshot, or bank account statement);
• Source of funds declaration or supporting documentation for large deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests above MYR 10,000 (cumulative within a 30-day period) will be held pending satisfactory completion of full KYC verification. EU9SG will process KYC submissions within 3 business days of receiving all required documentation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

EU9SG accepts deposits via the following payment channels denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The standard minimum deposit is RM30 via FPX and DuitNow, and RM50 via e-wallet channels. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are displayed in MYR equivalent at the time of transaction based on the prevailing exchange rate.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes for amounts up to RM 5,000. Larger withdrawals may take up to 4 hours. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by the EU9SG compliance team.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Prior to processing any withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• The Account must be fully KYC verified for withdrawals above the applicable threshold;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied, or the bonus must have been forfeited voluntarily before withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the maximum cash-out limit applicable to any active or recently claimed bonus;
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags.

5.5 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). EU9SG does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free credits, and cashback offers made available by EU9SG are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general conditions set out in this Section 6. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

6.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only. A "new Player" is defined as an individual who has never previously held an Account on the eu9sg platform. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is applied to the bonus amount. For example: a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM1,000 in total valid wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is MYR 250 per round or event, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise in individual offer terms, the following default contribution rates apply:

• Video slots: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo): 10% contribution
• Fishing games and crash games: 50% contribution
• Progressive jackpot games: 0% contribution
• Sports betting: subject to specific promotion terms — typically 100% for pre-match, 50% for in-play

6.6 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the individual promotion. Standard expiry periods are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account and cannot be reinstated.

6.7 Maximum Cash-Out

Where a maximum cash-out limit applies to a bonus, winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the stated cap will be removed upon withdrawal request processing. The specific cash-out limit applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.

6.8 Abuse & Fraud

EU9SG employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Where such activity is identified, EU9SG reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the EU9SG platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question. These rules are accessible within each game interface and in the EU9SG help documentation. The following general provisions apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. EU9SG does not accept requests to void or cancel bets on the basis of user error after confirmation.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error affecting a live session, EU9SG reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to Player accounts.
• Sportsbook bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or voided will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• EU9SG does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or sports market. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• The platform operates on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RTP figures displayed in game information screens reflect the theoretical long-run return percentage and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the EU9SG platform. Violation of any of the provisions below will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using EU9SG as a conduit for funds of illicit origin;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing EU9SG staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting EU9SG customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

9.2 Suspension by EU9SG

EU9SG reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or account security risk. EU9SG will communicate the reason for closure (where legally permissible) via the registered email address of the affected account.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity). EU9SG reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to MYR 50 to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Account balances will not be reduced below zero.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the EU9SG platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of EU9SG or is licensed to EU9SG by its respective owners. No element of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of EU9SG.

By using the platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to sub-license, sell, or commercially exploit any content or functionality of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EU9SG, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond EU9SG's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, RTP figures, and game outcome histories.

EU9SG's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gambling

EU9SG is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all Players and can be activated at any time via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers will be declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at intervals you define (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) to prompt reflection on your play session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 90, 180 days) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent account closure.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

EU9SG processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference herein. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

EU9SG applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the platform servers. Personal data is retained only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

EU9SG does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or contractual necessity.

14. Amendments to These Terms

EU9SG reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, EU9SG will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate change is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the eu9sg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at eu9sg.cam/terms-conditions and is dated accordingly. EU9SG recommends that Players review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to EU9SG's jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of a dispute between you and EU9SG, you are encouraged to contact EU9SG customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. EU9SG will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints submitted via email to the support address below within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by EU9SG. Nothing in this clause limits EU9SG's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in respect of intellectual property infringement or fraud.
